Cisco Webex meeting server

Hello, we installed the server, and updated all the patches, but the time zone was not correct.
Please tell me how we can manually correct the time zone for a country or city, or when will the update?

Go to > Settings>Company info>Time Zone

and select your time zone and language and locale information

Thank you for your answer , but I ofcourse try it.

The problem is that the time zone that I can choose is not correct.

Time zone Moscow (Russia) is not GMT+4 , the right time zone for Moscow is GMT+3.

 

What version of CWMS are you running?

 

Russia changed the approach to Daylight Savings Time, so there is bug to change this in CWMS which is resolved in CWMS 2.5 MR1 and 2.0 MR6.

We already update the system to version CWMS 2.5 MR1 (2.5.1.132.B-AE) but time zone for Moscow not changed.

If NTP configuration on the ESXi hosts is correct, and all the VMs have a correct time, and you are on CWMS 2.5 MR1 level and still have the issue with Moscow TZ, please, reach out to TAC to further investigate this issue.

Everething is ok. NTP and etc.

The problem is in MSK TZ in system.
