how can we register jabber on cme using public ip ??

Hi,

If you want to register the Jabber client using a Public IP Address, maybe you can do some Port Forwarding to allow the Jabber client to reach the internal CME IP Address, aswell the TFTP server on CME. 

Or there's always the option to use a VPN client, which is more secure, and let the Phone using the VPN to register the Jabber Client.
