CMS XMPP Cluster Not Failing over. TCP Connection Error :5223

Guys,

Have setup a resilient split deployment. Have 3 XMPP Servers configured into a cluster. have all the CBs listed on each of the XMPP Servers.

Have setup _xmpp-components._tcp.xmppdomain.com.au PORT 5223

I can telnet to port 5223 on the master XMPP Server.

I cannot telnet port 5223 on any of the follower servers? If I disable xmpp on the master.. The remaining two xmpp server remain in a follower state.

Logs reads.. TCP connection failure to xmpp host 2 & 3 on port 5223.?

I do not have a server address listed under XMPP on the web admin.. I believe by  leabing this blank allows the CB to select another xmpp server via the SRV record above.

Question is.. where or how to get the followers to listen also on port 5223?

Thanks

Ben

Resolved this.

I have the chain.cer bundle as the xmpp cluster trust cert.. I replaced this with the xmpp.cer, basically this cert has all the xmpp server noted in the SAN.

Re-enabled the cluster and all come up. Failover tested works, and CMA can log into all XMPP Servers.
