Hi,
When the tomcat and CallManager multi-SAN certificates are generated they get the same common names by default, something like "PubName-ms.domain.com".
There shouldn't be an issue if the common names are changed to something like "tomcat.domain.com" and "callmanager.domain.com" when the CSR is generated?
Right? Just checking to see if the common name is used somewhere by some product.

No, you just want to make sure you don't have the same entry in the CN and SAN, that's why it gets the -ms to avoid that.
