if i have four sites using room kit plus and i need the 5th user that want to connect with his laptop or any device to join the video meeting what is the best solution ?

We need a little more information on how your devices are currently configured, such as what call control platform are you using (VCS, CUCM, Webex Cloud, Standalone).

If you have your endpoints registered to the Webex Cloud, you can use the Cisco Webex Teams app on your laptop/android/iDevice to connect to the other units.

what does your solution consist of? have you got cucm or are these independent conference units?
