Connection touch panel spark room kit

Hello,

I have a spark room kit and I have the following issue: The touch panel cannot be connected. I set up the camera and update the firmware to 9.7 version. However, the situation is the same.

Do you have any suggestion how to fix it? There’s any protocol/procedure to activate/follow? How can I do to make sure that the touch panel use static IP?

Have you tried connecting the Touch10 directly to the RoomKit so that it automatically pairs and upgrades to the same software load as on the codec?  That could be a first troubleshooting step to see if your equipment and cables are working.

After that, you should be able to connect them together over an ethernet connection, keeping in mind that both the codec and touch10 need to be in the same subnet and VLAN
