Convert ARF to WRF

I need to edit a recording and insert some additional footage versus re-recording the entire thing.

I see the webex recording editor only allows WRF to be edited.  Please don't tell me that I cannot convert ARF to WRF and have to redo the entire thing.

Here is someone else wanting same thing,

One would convert, edit, convert back to ARF and publish again to my recordings so users would not notice anything other than the new video that I added/edited.

Try this instead:

Use the ARF to mp4 conversion tool [runs locally]

edit the file however you'd like with your offline video editor

re:upload the new file under /my files and this recording will be available/shareable just like any other recording.

Let me know if this sounds acceptable or has any drawbacks
