Cross Launch Cisco Jabber App in Android

Hello,

We are working on an  Android app in which we would like to launch Cisco Jabber app and also launch chat with a particular user.

We are able to launch the Jabber app from our app but we are not able to launch chat with a particular person providing his/her mail id.

This is possible in iOS as per the below link:
