CSCuv27449 - Jabber CSF failover - any more information, is this fixed?

Hello

Does anyone know anything about Jabber bug CSCuv27449 - Jabber CSF should failover like physical phones?  This does not appear to be  publicly available for viewing?  It is listed as an Open Caveat in 11.0(1) in the release notes for Cisco Jabber for Windows 11.0.x and 11.1.x Release Notes (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/Windows/11_0/RN/JABW_BK_C5E7828C_00_cisco-jabber-windows-11-release-notes.html) but never appears in any Resolved list.  

It looks to be similar to CSCut70830 - Client won't failover to the secondary CUCM when primary is down, but that one is documented as resolved in 11.0(1).

Has this been fixed, in which version, what error messages would you see if this occured, is it fixed in 11.5.(1) or (2)?

I'm afraid that due to the visibility status of this bug, none of your questions can be addressed here. You'll need to work this with your AM/SE.
