I have a cucm 12.5 all the telephony (hard hone, jabber) is working as expected, the issue comes when we do the integration with a third-party call recording CTLOG. The configuration is the following:
.- Sip trunk
.- Built-in Bridge
When we start recording the calls between 2 ext with both with the call recording features we can see in a wireshark (from the call recording server) that the CUCM is sending a cancel.
Cseq: 101 Cancel
