Cucm 12.5/CMS

We upgrade our CUCM and CMS cluster :

CUCM 11.5 -> CUCM 12.5

CMS 2.7 -> CMS 2.9.5

 

Today we find a problem between our Cisco codec and our CMS cluster.

 

When we make a call from a Cisco Codec (DX80, Room Kit, MX700) to a CMS meeting, the audio and video is Halfway, the Codec send and receive a network flow, but on the Codec we can’t ear any audio and cant’ see any video.

We already check the firewall part.

The Cisco codec used the firmware 9.9.2 we already try to upgrade it to 9.13.2. The problem is the same.

 

With another Telepresence system or with Jabber, all is working perfectly. The one way audio/video problem is only on Cisco Codec.

 

We didn’t made any change on the CUCM/CMS configuration part.

 

Do you know if something change with audio codec on cucm 12.5?
