CUCM under contract support

someone can tell me how to check if CUCM is under contract cisco support service when the serial number is in format hexadecimal with 120 bits.

Check device coverage can not work.

I am trying to find if there is a site like https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/ where I can check if my CUCM is under contract using serial number self-created by vmware and cucm.

Hi,

It is not possible to check the coverage for CUCM using serial number generated for virtual machines. You need SmartNet contract for Software/Licensing.
