Hi,

For any custom text you would like to add to e-mail notifications from CWMS, you can insert it through e-mail template customization (CWMS Administration > Settings > Email > Templates). Choose the appropriate e-mail template you would like to edit.

Here is the document that lists all the templates: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_5/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide_chapter_01111.html#task_1E1B15BA9DF14EDFBAB83FDB5DFAE29A

Keep in mind that templates used when scheduling via WebEx site are in HTML format so you can add some HTML text formatting, while templates used when scheduling via Productivity Tools (WebEx Assistant) are in Plain Text format only so no rich text formatting is available.

I hope this will be of help.
