CWMS 2.5 Installation Stuck

i deploy the cwms 2.5 ova  without IRP , 50 users , 

use vcenter 5.1 to deploy the cwms ova 

i sync the ntp from the esxi host and confirm the dns server can resolve the hosts 

But i can't continue the system configuration to setup my mail server & time zone 

because my site url & admin-site url can't work ,

Per screen shots provided I see few things:

1. You are using 'webex' as a hostname for your Admin URL. This might work now, but per documentation, it is required not to use it: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_5/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_0100.html#concept_2E31146FD0DA462A8FB70A9E54534677

2. Your CPU is not matching the requirements so your System Check is failing and if continue with the deployment your system won't be supported by TAC.

You need to pass System Check to successfully setup your system. You need to ensure all the network and DNS requirements are fulfilled before you setup your system. Dear Sir

i try to use any other hostname ,

like web1 (admin site), web2(private url), web3(public url) 

but still got the same situation ... can't finish installation , 

My server is cisco ucs220 m3 with intel xeon 2620 @ 2.00GHz  x2

i try to deploy the cwms 2.5 to my dell poweredge 2950  @2.83GHz x2 but get the same situation 

is cwms 2.5 support third party server or only can deployment on cisco server  ?

Hi,

Cisco WebEx Meetings Server supports only Cisco UCS server as the hardware platform for Virtual Machines.Here is the list of hardware supported based on the system size: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_5/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_00.html#reference_EE2655849348437FB3A34F4C4D3E1F71 

Additionally, make sure SMTP server is reachable during deployment and that Admin and WebEx Site URLs are resolvable in the DNS used.
