Hi,
We are running CWMS 2.6 and we have a problem with users on Citrix (Xen Desktop 7.6).
When the user trying to start or join a conference the Webex Meetings application start and does not respond until I kill it.
When trying to start or join a conference from a regular computer everything is working just fine.
Any idea's ?

Hi,
There are no known issues with meeting client and Citrix.
What is the virtual OS running on a Citrix device?
Is the meeting client installed by a push or is being installed when starting/joining the meeting?
Is temporary meeting client running properly?

Thanks for your reply.
The virtual OS on the Citrix device is Windows server 2012.
We tried to get the client by push,Manual install or temporary client and we got the same results - The meeting window is stuck.

Hi,
CWMS doesn't support Windows Server 2012 as the client machine.
These are the only supported Windows Operating Systems on CWMS 2.6:
Supported Windows Operating Systems
Windows Vista (32-bit/64-bit)
Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit)
Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit)
Windows 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit)
Windows 10 (CWMS 2.6MR1)
