CWMS 2.7 MR1 Update 1 IE ver 11 Browser Issue

Hello,

I upgrade CWMS Admin,Media and IRP servers from 2.6 to 2.7 MR1 Patch1. After that, host trying to organize the meeting on webexsite URL on IE ver 11.0.9600.18499, it gave error "we've hit a glitch in progressing your request. Try again a little later"

I used alternative broswer namely yandex, mozilla. There is no issue to be shown webex site URL.

How do I solve this issue so as not to change the browser or downgrade IE version (IE version 8,9,10 is ok)

Hi Emine,

Try to enable TLS 1.2 and 1.3 in IE. TLS 1.0 is not supported.

Thank you for your answer, enable TLS 1.2 on IE Advanced tab however my issue isn't solved.

Is there any suggestion to fix it,
