Hi,
As per the below mentioned link after six months cwms deletes the recording set for deletion by users. But what if the user doesn't set any recording to be deleted within six months and threshold level exceeds more 75% ? Are these recording will be deleted using FIFO (First in first out) method or any other algorithm will be applied ?
My second question is that, we need our recordings to be saved for atleast 3 years without being deleted from the interface as well as from the NFS which we mounted.

This is the document that explains recordings and storage: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_6/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_01000.html
You will see that it is documented that recordings are being purged only if marked for Deletion by the end user.
Here you can see what happens when Storage utilization threshold is exceeded. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_6/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide_chapter_01011.html#task_C70C3F4F9AC844BA8A9A04BA0A68DEA1

Hi,
On CWMS, no recording will be deleted unless marked for deletion. If the storage capacity threshold has been exceeded, recording function will be disabled until you delete some recordings or increase the capacity of your NFS storage.
You can keep recordings for as long as you want.

Thanx. Kindly share the documentation which says the same thing you mentioned above.
