what is the difference between Bind-medial all source-interface gx/x under CUBE

or under dial-peer

One is global vs. dial-peer is specific to calls hitting that dial-peer, ie. if you have multiple interfaces on router for different providers, etc. you would bind SIP to specific ones based on which calls are going where.
