Different domain jabber chat?

I have two cucm in my company.

but they are different domain

How can i chat with two different domain jabber ?

XMPP? SIP Trunk?or other?

They are use different domain

1.cucm1>imp1>domain1.com>192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

2.cucm2>imp2>domain2.com>192.168.20.1 255.255.255.0

IP can communicate~

They can call each other~

But I hope they can  IM and Presence each other~

How can I do?
