Docked Window Off By Default

So far everyone that we have installed 9.2 on requests that the docked window be removed. Is there anyway for this to be off by default so I can add it to the auto update server?

I am afraid that once it gets mass deployed by auto update my help desk is going to get flooded with calls.

never done this but some other users managed to stop it from the Jabber-config.xml file
