Expressway E Jabber login error 'can't acccess server'

Hi Support,

any one who is voluntary to support on this.

I just configured traversal and UC zones. all is active.

and status of unified communications also okay.

the internal and external dns same name but different ip address.

A and SRV records configured on Public DNS. 

Internal jabber on android, Iphone and windows, mac working but external is canot locate server. 

please help what will be problem

Can you properly resolve the collab edge SRV?

what troubleshooting have you done?

Hi i can resolve _collab-edge._tls.ienetworks.co and expwy.ienetworks.co to public ip 

Then you want to review EXP-E and EXP-C logs during a login attempt to find out what's failing.

Do you have all the internal SRVs configured?
