We deployed Directory Connector, which serves as a bridge between our on-premises Active Directory and the Webex cloud.
Recently, we noticed that new users are missing their extension numbers in Webex, even though the specific attribute exists in the on-premises Active Directory.
The attributes are correctly configured.
