Not supported and what do you mean all other features work?! They never implemented hold/resume, transfer, or conference for Hybrid Call Connect let alone something as obscure as FAC.
On a design front, FAC doesn’t make sense from a softphone client anyway. If the user doesn’t lock their computer, someone making a toll call is the least of your problems. I suggest creating a parallel Device CSS for softphones where the Route Patterns do not require FAC at all. Class of restriction can be done at the Line CSS model.
