Federation between CUP's, MSFT Lync, Jabber

Hi,

Any documentation regarding best practice in terms of the topic above?

We need to provide our customer vwith a federation in the cloud offering and are currently foloowing the Nextplane model

Connect IM support federation with OCS/Lync via the OCS/Lync XMPP Gateway (http://www.webex.com/webexconnect/orgadmin/help/17169.htm). On the Connect IM side, nothing much is required except for publishing the XMPP SRV records in DNS - http://www.webex.com/webexconnect/orgadmin/help/cs_im_fed.htm. On the OCS/Lync XMPP Gateway side, make sure that it is configured with "TCP Dialback" and NOT "TLS Dialback.
