FEATURE: Flag for follow up --> Have a very similar feature as Outlook that turns that conversation RED on your left pane or maybe a flag symbol. You can even set a time for it to flash, reminding you to pay attention. I live and breathe by Jabber and may not read a message just to keep the (1) or (2) unread symbol as a reminder to read it later. This would a killer feature!
FEATURE: Alert when available timestamp--> We have a lot of remote employees. Jabber is a requirement. It would be helpful to know when the individual was able to successfully log into Jabber via a chat history timestamp.
FEATURE: Chatroom/Groupchat owner--> The chat ‘owner’ will be pushed to the top and highlighted differently than the rest. That way everyone knows who the owner is. When the owner leaves, the next oldest participant becomes owner (unless persistent).
FEATURE: Ability to rename group chat --> We’ve had a few situations where a chat needed to be renamed. Only the chat owner would be able to do this.
