Functionality for deleting messages in Jabber

Hello guys.

I have UCM (latest version) and clients with Jabber.

My jabber users need to delete messages. Is it possible with some configuration? I can't find some userful info about that.
I really appreciate any advice.

If it's in a compliance server, you would need to delete messages directly there, but it would defeat the purpose of a compliance server.
