I’m looking for a possibility to set the privacy settings for the jabber client globally, to block all users in the local and external domains as default.This configuration is not stored in the local config file of the jabber client. Is it probably stored and can be changed in the CUCM/IM&P database?
Not AFAIK, the decision of white and black lists is also user configured, not admin configured.
You probably want to do some blocking of those requests directly on your network devices.
