Hi,
it is possible to hide or diasable some information in the Jabber Client?
For Example homephone or mobile?

Yes that can be done by editing jabber-config.xml file for eg
192.168.1.100 3268 IpPhone ou=user,dc=cisco,dc=com
in this file my ldap ip address is 192.168.1.100 and i have told jabber that business phone number should be searched in Ipphone field in ldap which i can put blank.
So now business phone field will show me blacnk as i have mapped it to ipPhone field.
So map your mobile and hone phone numbers to any blank attribute in AD will resolve your issue
