Historical logging with end user access?

Hello, is there any way to have historical conversation logging that users can access?  We'd like to deploy jabber for our call center reps, to move messaging in-house as opposed to public services.  However, our support reps rely heavily on searching historical chats since they often ask each other for help with specific problems that are easily found with keyword searches, so they can find the same solution again if they remember it had come up but not how to solve it.

It seems like enabling the relevant compliance features, and logging, to Postgres for example, gets the data captured but not a way for the end user to see it.  And chat history on the end user's side isn't indefinite.

Thanks

Unfortunately you'd need to create some kind of interface to search in the compliance DB, as you mention, the chat history on the user end would only keep 99 chats per conversation.
