How can I save conversations?

Hi There

How do I save IM conversations in Jabber? In OCS/Lync, I had them auto save to outlook, and I was also able to save them as HTML.

There is a policy on WebEx servers and on CUP (under messaging setting) to enable this feature.

Hey Henry,

Also to add to what Shane mentioned, as you already know where Cisco Jabber stores the Conversation history, those .DB file, you can use the SQLite Database Browser to open the file http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlitebrowser/

After you get it installed, click on File -> Open Database -> Browse to and open an .DB File

Once loaded, click on the Second tab “Browse Data” and from the Table DropDown select “history_message” and you’ll see all the chat history in the “payload” column.
