I have configured Cisco jabber on phone and PC. Calling connectivity is working fine but there no option for chat. How can I add users ? Is there ldap integration to add users for chat.

What do you use for messaging? IM&P? Webex?
Are you configured for full UC? phone only?
What do you see under connection status?
