How to automatically upload files to webex server?

We have lots of course wares need to upload to meetings. The number of them are such big that manually operate is impossible.

Is there some APIs can implement the functionality of automatically upload files to webex servers? And How.

Do you use WebEx SaaS (Cloud solution) or Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on premise solution)?
