I am experiencing voice quality issue with Cisco Jabber 11.5.1 running Windows 10 in some locations I travel to, most likely due to slower WiFi speed. How do I turn on the low bandwidth mode?

Not on Windows, it's for Android, iPhone or iPad only.

I'm assuming you're referring to what CIPC had?

Yes. I've clicked around the Jabber Windows Client menu and can't figure out where to go to turn this feature on. I search the user guide but did not find any reference. The planning guide does refer to it. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/11_5/CJAB_BK_C6FFF6D8_00_cisco-jabber-115-planning-guide/CJAB_BK_C6FFF6D8_00_cisco-jabber-115-planning-guide_chapter_010.html
So I am puzzled.

But it's not applicable to you, because you're asking J4W
If users have issues with voice quality when using Cisco Jabber for Android or Cisco Jabber for iPhone and iPad, they can turn low-bandwidth mode on and off in the client settings.

So just to confirm, this option is not available for Jabber 11.5 running on Windows 10 on a laptop?
