I have searched but not been able to find information on how to configure the CUP 8.6 and Jabber-users to be able to use the Webex Basic (free) directly from the Jabber for Windows-client (9.1.0).
We would like to preconfigure this for the customers that donĀ“t have any Webex-accounts previously.
- What IP address or FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) of the conferencing server (webex SaaS) should be used when configure CUP ?
- Do we need to configure the Site ID and Partner ID ? If so, how to find this information for the Basic accounts ?
According to a another post here i noticed:
" Allows Jabber to access Webex guest accounts. Email <> Jabber ID "
Is there something more that needs to be configured besides the above ?
Do someone have a quickguide on how to launch the webex from inside the Jabber-client, which we can use for our end-users.
