IM and Presence Messaging Archiving, how do you pull Chat History
So we have setup the message archiving for compliance, but the big question is how do we get the archived chats now? I have read a few documents on compliance and I have not found one that talks about how to pull your archived chats for compliance review. I thought that it may be pulled from RTMT, but didn't see anything in there that screams out compliance logs.
