Import Contacts (.xml)

Good Night,

Anyone know how to care for the various users webex Connect, through the extension.Xml, after following this topic http://communities.cisco.com/thread/14212?tstart=0 not getsuccess always generates the same message "import done. You have successfully imported 0 contacts " I wonder if anyone knows another syntax to perform this function or have a sample ready to perform this import.

I was wrong when he put some special characters.  Ex: ã ç á à   Is is possible to mount another syntax that you accept these special characters?
