I hope you all are well!
I need to integrate a cisco unity connection with manage engine, what is manage engine? it is a system ticket to allow users to create requests to IT admin for help, i need any one call IT support number must listen to record message to enter first your ticket no ( which you must first open before calling IT support ) then unity sent this ticket no to manage engine to check if this ticket is already created or not, if yes, continue the call to IT support of not call drop.
I just need to know if unity can accept integration with manage engine as I can edit or reprogramming to match unity instructions.

No, Unity Connection cannot do that.
That's something you would do in a contact center script which can take an input and then use it for something.
