IPAD Jabber 9.1, UC 9.0, Photo Issue

I'm using web server and Active Directory

In CUPS Administration Application ->Legacy Client-> Settings in the field of Photo I tried to put different combinations of string, as well as on the page of the device settins in CUCM.

or

http://172.19.17.2/%%uid%%.jpg

But on IPAD there is no picture of the user.

In Jabber Logs I see that the jabber client get the correct address of web server but not using it.

In windows jabber all is ok, it get the url of the photo in xml from tftp server and the photos are shown well.

We have the same issue

Windows jabber is fine, ipad iphone cannot see the image

CCM 9.01 cups and ucx the sam issue

anyone out there have a solution ?

Hi,

We also have the same issue here. And you are also missing all other information for the contact on the iPad. (phone number, e-mail, mobile...ect). You only see the chat/IM id.

For some users we got it working randomly.

But cannot reproduce the solution.

Hi,

on the CUP administration page, under Application-> Legacy Clients->Settings, you can set the LDAP field for the Photo attribute. Did you set that to jpegPhoto and set your Directory server type correctly? This helped with a similar problem we had on a test installation yesterday.
