Is Jabber voice free

Hello i want to use cisco jabber voice with my cme 3945, but can you please give me an address where to download it.

Do i need any license for jabber?

Hi, 

Jabber voice is not free, in order to use voice capabilities you will need phone licences to be installed on the CME (Enhanced licence in this case).

If you mean jabber for everyone, that means you only get IM and Presence, no voice features, and that's on CUCM and IM&P only, not CME.
