The release notes usually have that kind of information, have you reviewed them??

I believe that version is quite old, and W10 was not even released at the time, most likely the answer is that it was never tested.

Successfully running Jabber Video for TP (movi) version 4.8 on Windows 10.  4.6 worked too.

yes it works on win10.

bt sometimes it hangs and stops working. on few devices webcam doesnt appear in settings.
