The last update was over a year ago. If yes, can you please direct me to the HIPAA compliance statement?

HIPAA is not directly applicable to Cisco and other manufacturers of products, software, and services that are used by a covered entity.

The real question is whether Cisco is willing to sign a Business Associates Agreement for Spark and Webex.  is that something Cisco is willing to do?
