mobile users can login to vm using androids or iphones via expressway , i.e. they see new messages and can see old message headers etc.
However the same users on J4W while connected on the LAN in the office cannot connect to VM - they can dial in via their PIN i.e. they dial unity pilot and login ok. however they cannot connect via their j4w client using ldap authentication. they get no notifications. Status on jaw shows 'trying to connect' under voicemail.
