Having a weird situation with the Expressway 8.5.1
Jabber client is working internally with the CUCM, but when an user is sitting on the internet through Expressway, we are not able to deny a call.
1 - A user rings me
2 - I see the pop-up on the screen requesting accept or decline the call. (Accept works for sure)
3 - Press on decline, my screen will continue to ring and the pop-up will remain there.
4 - The far-end user will also see the call continuously ringing.
5 - The call will remain like this for maybe 2 minutes. Jabber is jammed for this period of time.
This is happening when one of the users is passing through Expressway (or both).
