Jabber 4.4 through Micrososft ISA firewall

I got a problem on my network, I opened all the ports required bycisco  jabber on my ISA 2003 firewall , the users are able to login , they also able to dial ,

the problem is that they don't receive video nor audio neither they send video or audio to the other side.

When they connect to a generic WIFI router , they recieve audio and video, and they are able to make calls

Any suggestion what I have done wrong.

I fixed the problem , I connected a pfsense firewall to my network and it worked , it seems that ISA firewall doesn't work well with cisco jabber
