Hello,
I've got a problem with the Jabber Auto-Update function. The problem is, that the Jabber client want to update itself to 9.7 even on a non supported OS like Windows XP.
Is there any Parameter or something like that for the update XML file? Or another way to fix this?
Regards

Ulrich,
I found information on configuring automatic updates in this Cisco Jabber for Windows document.
Please post back to the community if you have additional questions or need more information.
Hope that helps.

Hi Kelli,
I already know this guide and configured the automatic updates, works just fine. My problem is that since Jabber for Windows 9.7 doesn't support Windows XP/Server 2003 anymore. But the clients on this platforms also get the update info and in my opinion they shouldn't. The Question is if there is a way for the update function to check that or Cisco just didn't think about this?
Regards
Ulrich
