Jabber 9.6 Contact resolution

hy out there,

we are running jabber 9.6. with deskphone integration
If i call a contact from within jabber,the conversation window show's the contact name.
if the contact calls in, the conversation window show's the name.

but

if i call dialing from my deskphone, the conversation window doesn't show the contact name, thre is only nothing, only the call with no number or resoltuion.

maybe any help out there


I will check if that was the same behaviour in 9.2.6

i've Tested the 9.2.6 client an the behaviour on the Call changed. The contact is merged when i'm dialing from my Deskphone. (The client does a LDAP lookup and Merges the Dialing Window with the Active Chat). If i do that in 9.6 then there isn't any LDAP query for that call and the conversation Window looks like below.
