Hello
Jabber clients for Windows show the following error:
Availability
Status: Not Connected
Direction: x.x.x.x
Protocol: XMPP
Port: 5222
Reason:
This error happens when I'm trying to connect Jabber wihtout VPN, I've already set SRV records for local an external DNS. In fact I have phone service but no chat. Someone knows how to resolve this issue?

You should start by mentioning if you use on-prem or cloud services.

The only service that I have on the cloud Is an external DNS server with a different domain from the local domain. I've ben configured all SRV records for external and internal domain.
We've deployed CUCM 10.5.1 along with IM&Presence 10.5.1
