I've done this before but forget what code was necessary in SF to do this.
Would like to have the phone number field in SF shown as a hyperlink that responds to click by activating the tel: entry in the registry (i.e. leveraging Jabber to make the call).
I recall we had to edit the phone field in SF and make some changes to it but forget what it was.
Anyone done this before?
