jabber client cannot see other jabber clients

I have setup ten people with jabber clients that all worked ok, but I added 2 more just this week and they work fine but they cannot see anybody in add other users in th directory, and other users cannot add them but they configs seem to be the same. Have I missed something ?

Hi Jaime, it is version 9.2.4 build 4528 for windows, it's also intergrated with LDAP

Are the PCs in the same domain as the other users??

Have you configured the EDI config in the .xml?

they are in the same Domain, but I have had to do any config in XML. I will look at this now. Thanks
