Dear all,
I'm using CUCM 10.5, IM & Presence 10.5, Jabber on Windows 11.6, and Open LDAP on RHEL. I've configured Open LDAP as directory source for Jabber (EDI) and used attribute jpegPhoto to store contact photo. In IM & Presence server, IM Address Scheme set to Directory URI to support multi-domain environment. I've attached the jabber-config.xml.
The problem is Jabber client cannot show contact photo and cannot call a contact (the call button disappear) after login. The contact that have already been added to the contact list is shown in format of mail address, not full name. Jabber client has to try to search the contact first, after that the photo is shown and can call the contact.
Does anybody have any idea?
Thanks.

That means something in your directory integration is wrong, until you have a fully working directory integration, you will see the users with their JID in the contact list, not with their name from the directory.
You'll have to revisit all your EDI config to make sure it's correct, as per your deployment.

please remove the below parameter from jabber-config xml file and check
<PresenceDomain>stl.com</PresenceDomain>
